These terms govern access to trevoxi.com and the information published by Trevoxi S.R.L. By continuing to browse the site you accept them. They do not replace the specific contracts signed for each investment operation.

The site provides information about the real estate crowdlending opportunities operated by Trevoxi. Any actual investment requires signing a master agreement and a project-specific contract.
2. User profile
The site is intended for individuals aged 18 or older with legal capacity to contract and an interest in variable-risk collective investment products.
3. Inherent risks
Real estate projects are subject to market, execution, timing and liquidity risks. Any indicated returns are estimates and do not constitute a promise of outcome. You may lose part or all of your capital.
4. Intellectual property
The content, trademarks and design of the site belong to Trevoxi S.R.L. or its licensors. Reproduction without written authorization is forbidden.
5. Limitation of liability
Trevoxi makes reasonable efforts to keep information up to date but does not guarantee the absence of typos or occasional outdated content. The binding information is the one stated in the signed contracts.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
