At Trevoxi S.R.L. we process your personal data with the standard required by Bolivian Law No. 164 and international data-protection best practices. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it and how you can exercise your rights.

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you provide via the contact form (name, email and message) and limited technical data associated with navigation, such as session identifiers and approximate region. We do not process sensitive categories of data.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use the data to reply to your queries, share the information about the projects you request, and comply with legal obligations. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in operating the site.
4. Third parties and processors
We may share information with infrastructure providers, transactional email and advertising measurement platforms (e.g. Google Ads) as long as you have given consent via the cookie panel. We sign confidentiality agreements with all of them.
5. Retention periods
We keep contact data for a maximum period of 36 months from your last interaction, unless a contractual or legal duty requires a different term.
6. Your rights
