Cookie Policy

This policy explains how Trevoxi uses cookies and similar technologies, and how we apply Google Consent Mode v2 so your choices are respected before any category other than strictly necessary is activated.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on your device to enable the site to work, remember preferences, measure usage and personalize ads. You can control them from your browser and from our preferences panel.
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary (security and navigation), functionality (remembering language), analytics (measuring aggregate usage), advertising and marketing (Google Ads with conversion measurement) and personalization.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
Before loading any Google tag we initialize consent mode with every advertising and analytics category set to 'denied'. Google receives anonymized signals without setting personalized cookies until you grant consent. We also enable 'ads_data_redaction' and 'url_passthrough' to further reduce shared information.
4. How consent is updated
When you press Accept, Reject or Save preferences, we call gtag('consent','update', ...) with the categories you selected and additionally push the 'cookie_consent_update' event to the dataLayer. Your decision is stored in localStorage and reapplied automatically on future visits.
5. Withdrawing or changing consent
You can change your decision from the 'Cookie preferences' link in the footer, or by clearing the local storage from your browser — the banner will then reappear.
6. Third parties involved
The main third party is Google (Google Ads, conversion ID AW-18064110603). Any additional tool will be listed here prior to activation.
